Laura Alke Renate Hanisch
I am a jewellery art student in the class of Hans Stofer at Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design in Halle (Saale) since 2018. Prior I studied Industrial Design, Sociology and Psychology. Recently I finished an exchange semester at HDK Valand in Gothenburg, wich served me well as a booster for my diploma time and the upcoming exhibitions.
I am interested in objects and their relationship to humans and their bodys. The urge to own things is deeply rooted. How did the modern consumerist society change our perception of things, and how did our needs change over time?
I believe body related objects play a special role.
